Refund policy
Refunds and Cancellations
If for any reason, the User is not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund. Socal-Graphix reserves the right to decide the percentage of the refund amount which shall depend on the type of order. In most cases, Socal-Graphix will refund the total payment made by you, minus forty-nine dollars (49$) which are services and processing fees.
For any cancellations, any order that has not yet begun shall be refunded in full, less forty-nine dollars for services and processing. For all orders that have begun, depending upon the stage of development, time devoted and the type of order such as design or product, Socal-Graphix reserves the right to decide the amount to be refunded. No cancellations shall be accepted if the orders are complete.

At Socal-Graphix.com, we are dedicated to providing high-quality printing services. To ensure complete transparency, please review our printing return policy carefully. By approving the final proof and proceeding with your print order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Approval of Final Proof
- Once you provide the final "go ahead" via email, telephone, or in person, it is understood that you have reviewed and approved the final proof for printing.
- This approval signifies your acceptance of the artwork, design, grammar, spelling, and any other elements included in the proof.
2. No Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds for final printed items. It is the client’s responsibility to review all artwork and final proofs thoroughly before giving the approval to print.
- Socal-Graphix.com is not responsible for any errors, including but not limited to typos, grammar, or design issues, that go into production after the proof has been approved and sent to print.
3. Client Responsibility
- As a client, you are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the final proof. This includes checking all text, images, and design elements for any errors or omissions.
- You will be responsible for all reprint costs if corrections are needed after the final proof has been approved and the print order has been processed.
4. Review Process
- Please take the time to carefully review all artwork and final proofs. Ensure that all details meet your expectations and requirements before providing your approval.
- If you find any errors or need any changes, please notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections before proceeding with the print order.
