We always recommend our best-selling package, the Enterprise package. This is perfect for your average business logo, it comes with the right amount of services and revisions. If you already have a sketch and vision for how the logo will look, then the Vision Package may the right one. If you want the most choices and freedom to choose and revise your logo until it is absolutely what you love, then Freedom package is the right way to go.

Each package has a specific turnaround time per concept. This does not mean that your complete design will be finished in 48 or 24 hours, however it means that your first concepts will be delivered within the turnaround time of the package. Then once we receive your feedback per concept, it will take another 48/24 hours for us to get you the changes.

Each package has a set amount of concepts which will be initially personalized based on your preferences. These concepts are the beginning designs of what will be your final logo. Our designers are trained and experienced to take your feedback and create the optimal look for your company. We have specific techniques and ways of combining your feedback and ideas together to make a one of a kind logo for you!

Revisions are the changes which will occur during our design process. We will send you your first concept and wait for your feedback. Once we receive your feedback, we will revise your concept accordingly, using one of the revisions which are supported in your package.

You will receive the original .AI or .PSD file along with any of the formats you wish. Make sure you let your project manager know the specific file type needed, so that they can provide those files. Almost all projects comes with JPEG, PNG, TIF, or PDF file types.

Just choose the package that best fits your needs and budget and proceed with the checkout. Once your order has been processed, a project manager will get in touch with you. You will receive a questionnaire that will have all the information to begin your first concepts. If you have any questions during this process, do not hesitate in contacting us at (855) 7-GRAPHIX.

Each time our project manager or designer sends you a concept or concepts, we will await for your honest feedback and critique. We then take your feedback and apply it according to our design experience and of course your overall goal for the logo. We design for you, our clients need to be 100% satisfied with their logo!

Each package has different number of in house designers which will work on completing your project. This allows for more ideas and in turn creating a wider spread of concepts for you to choose from.

Each design receives a dedicated project manager who will be your initial and final contact. You will have one to one communication with your project manager via telephone or email. If at any time you have any questions, your project manager will be available to you during all business hours.

Yes, you will receive all the original files for your logo.

If you do not like the concepts created, please let your project manager know as soon as possible. We will make it right for you, do not worry!

The first step if you want to re-invent the way you showcase your business is to select a package from the list of packages below. You will do so by filling out the brief form, which includes your goals; design, color, and font preference. In the form, you will tell us a little bit about yourself and what your goals are – as it relates to your business card and logo design. This is a very quick process.

Turn around...

Once the form has been completed, you will be contacted promptly by one of our experienced and knowledgeable project managers to confirm your submission. It will only take our skilled designers 24 hours to custom-create your concept when you send in your company logo; upon which, you will receive drafts for approval. Logo designing is also part of the services that we offer. So if you don’t have a logo, we can create one for you!

Review & Feedback...

You will then review the draft, offer feedback and leave everything else to us.

Finalize

We will do all the finalizing and send you all file formats and sizes required. See how simple this is?
